The Club Welfare Officer Pete Searle is trained to the most recent standards in 'Safeguarding and Protecting Children' and 'Time to Listen, Safeguarding training for club welfare officers'. The training is provided by UK Coaching and Energize and is endorsed by NSPCC, Sport England, Volleyball England and the Child Protection in Sport Unit.
